RTS Perceptor: Secretly famous?



This may require some explanation; Reveal the Shield Perceptor looks very familiar to me, somewhere between Kenneth Williams and Frankie Howerd. Who does he resemble to you? Answers in the comments, please, or pictures to Mattersmasher@thetransformingblock.com
